The Ranking System, Explained

Ok so basically you have your Ranked and Unranked playlists (Social).

When you play a ranked game and win, you gain EXP (Experience) and you will go up a skill. The rankings system is from 1 to 50, to rank up to something like a Sergeant or Commander you have to get to a certain skill number with a certain number of EXP.

But if you lose a game you will NOT lose EXP but you have the possibility of losing rank and a skill level.

If you quit out of a game you will lose EXP and you will possibly go down a rank and lose a skill level.

When you play a social game there are no ranks but you will gain EXP though. Usually people with guests play in social because guests are restricted from playing ranked matches.

All of your EXP is kept track of and recorded in your Service Record, it shows the total number of Ranked, Social, and Custom games you have played, it also shows your EXP and your highest skill over all. But if you were once a 14 in doubles as your highest rank and you rank down to a 13, it still says that your highest rank is a 14.

Good Luck Gaming,
